Alabama Egg Salad


  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup Duke’s Alabama-Style White BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Chop hard boiled eggs into small pieces.
  2. Combine eggs with BBQ sauce and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve as a sandwich filling, with crackers or as desired.
Yields: 2 Servings
