Argentinian Beef Kabobs with Chimichurri

A sprinkle of store-bought seasoning packed with garlic, herbs, and spices is all it takes to pump up the flavor of these meaty skewers.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless beef sirloin
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 (0.21 oz) packets Private Brand Argentinian Chimichurri Seasoning
  • 1 Nature’s Promise demi-baguette
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup fresh mint
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ½ tsp ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Set grill to medium-high. Trim the beef and thinly slice into 2-inch-long strips. In a medium bowl, toss beef with 2 tbsp oil and seasoning. Thread beef onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the baguette into ½-inch-thick slices. Finely chop the cilantro, mint, and garlic and place in a medium bowl, along with vinegar, crushed red pepper, cumin, and salt. Whisk in remaining 3 tbsp oil until well combined.
  3. Grill the bread 3–4 min., until bread is toasted, turning once halfway through. Arrange bread on a wide serving platter in a single layer. Grill the beef 4–6 min., until charred in spots, turning occasionally. Transfer beef skewers directly onto grilled bread. Drizzle chimichurri all over beef and bread. Serve immediately.
