Cheesy Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ditch the huge pot of boiling water and try this super simple grill recipe.


  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 corn cobs, husked


  1. Fire up the barbecue. Mix the cream cheese, Parmesan, crushed red pepper and paprika in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Brush the corn lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until charred in spots and kernels are easily pierced with a knife.
  3. Brush the corn cobs with the cheese mixture and grill for another minute or so.
