1 (12 oz) can chipotle in adobo, minced, plus 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 pack (8 each) Gameday Sandwich Rolls
Pickles, cabbage slaw or green apple slaw, for serving
Instructions
Add all ingredients in 6 or 8-quart slow cooker.
Brush pork with sauce to coat. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours, until pork is fork tender.
Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork into bite-size pieces using forks and return to slow cooker. Toss to coat in sauce. Serve on Sandwich Rolls and top with your choice of pickles or slaw.
