D&W Originals Buffalo Chicken Tacos


  • 1 pkg D&W Buffalo Chicken sausage
  • 1/4 cup D&W Blue Cheese, crumbled
  • 4 slices D&W Bacon
  • 1/2 Red Onion- sliced
  • Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • D&W Sweet Red Pepper Aioli
  • Corn tortilla
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Slice sausages into 1/2 inch thick rounds and saute on stovetop with 2 tbsp of olive oil until warmed through. Remove from pan.
  2. Cook 4 slices of D&W Bacon until crisp and finely chop.
  3. Thinly slice 1/2 of a red onion and set aside.
  4. Warm a corn tortilla in a microwave for 5-10 seconds.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, sliced sausage, bacon and red onion.
  6. Top with D&W Sweet Red Pepper Aioli.
