D&W Originals Buffalo Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 pkg D&W Buffalo Chicken sausage
- 1/4 cup D&W Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 4 slices D&W Bacon
- 1/2 Red Onion- sliced
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
- D&W Sweet Red Pepper Aioli
- Corn tortilla
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Slice sausages into 1/2 inch thick rounds and saute on stovetop with 2 tbsp of olive oil until warmed through. Remove from pan.
- Cook 4 slices of D&W Bacon until crisp and finely chop.
- Thinly slice 1/2 of a red onion and set aside.
- Warm a corn tortilla in a microwave for 5-10 seconds.
- Add shredded lettuce, sliced sausage, bacon and red onion.
- Top with D&W Sweet Red Pepper Aioli.
