Grilled Chicken Sausages with Cheddar and Pickled Peppers

Tangy pepperoncini and melty cheese take these sausages to the next level for your cookout or weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature’s Promise Fresh Mild Italian Chicken Sausage
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 oz extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 pickled pepperoncini, drained
  • 5 hot dog buns

Instructions

  1. Set grill to high heat. Brush the sausages with the oil. Grill sausages for 12–15 min., rotating often, until cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, coarsely grate the cheese and finely chop the pepperoncini. Place the buns on grill for 1 min., until toasted.
  3. Arrange sausages in buns and top with cheese and pepperoncini. Serve immediately.
