HONEY MAID Fourth of July Pops

Ingredients

12 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half

2-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream,slightly softened

2 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

2 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles (red, white and blue)

Instructions

  1. Place 12 graham squares in single layer on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Top with scoops of ice cream, adding about 3 Tbsp. ice cream to each graham square. Cover with remaining graham squares to make 12 sandwiches.
  3. Insert 1 wooden pop stick into ice cream layer in each sandwich. Drizzle with chocolate; top with sprinkles.
  4. Freeze 1 hour or until firm.

Tips

How to store: For longer storage, wrap these easy-to-make ice cream sandwiches individually in plastic wrap, then freeze up to 3 days before serving.
