Honey Maid Fruit and Yogurt Bark


14 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams

1 cup vanilla low-fat Greek-style yogurt

2 cups thawed frozen light whipped topping

1-1/4 cups assorted fresh fruit (blueberries and/or cut up mangos, kiwis and/or strawberries)


  1. Arrange grahams on bottom of foil-lined 15×10-inch pan, breaking as necessary to cover bottom of pan.
  2. Mix yogurt and whipped topping until blended; spread over grahams. Top with fruit.
  3. Freeze 2 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces to serve.


Special Extra: Prepare using HONEY MAID Cinnamon Grahams or HONEY MAID Chocolate Grahams.

Substitute: Prepare using your favorite flavor of Greek-style yogurt.

Special Extra: Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds or walnuts before topping with the fruit andfreezing as directed.

Note: Since baking pans differ slightly, there may be a HONEY MAID Graham square remaining. Crush the extra graham square and sprinkle over the “bark” before freezing as directed
