Lea & Perrins Burger

Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup chopped onion s
  •  1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  •  1/2 tsp. black pepper
  •  2 Tbsp. olive oil
  •  1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  •  2 lb. lean ground beef
  •  8 hamburger buns
  •  8 leaf lettuce leaves
  •  2 large tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
  •  1 large onion, cut into 8 slices

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Place first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add oil, then Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
  3. Add to meat in large bowl; mix just until blended. Cover. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Shape meat mixture into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Press indentation into center of each patty.
  5. Grill 5 to 6 min. on either side or until done (165ºF).
  6. Fill buns with burgers, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced onions.
