Lloyd’s Barbeque Pork and Spinach Flatbred

Ingredients

2 (12-inch) ready-made flatbreads or thin crust pizza bases

1 (16-ounce) package LLOYD’S® Seasoned & Shredded Pork in Original BBQ Sauce

2 cups baby spinach

1 ½ cups shredded pizza cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Grease grill grate. Prepare grill for medium-high heat or heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Top each flatbread with pork, spreading to cover. Sprinkle with spinach and cheese.
  3. Reduce grill to low. Grill flatbreads or bake in oven 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
  4. Cut into wedges or sections to serve.
