Mango Chicken Caribbean Burger


  • 1 pkg. PERDUE® HARVESTLAND® Ground Chicken
  • 2 tbsp. jerk seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
  • 4 hamburger rolls


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground chicken, jerk seasoning and ketchup. Shape into 4 burgers and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro. Chill the mango salsa until ready to use it.
  3. Heat a lightly greased grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the burgers for about 5 to 6 minutes per side. The burgers are done when they feel firm to the touch and a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 170°F.
  4. Warm or lightly grill the hamburger rolls. Place a warm burger on each roll and top it with the mango salsa.
