Panko-Topped Baked Fish


  • 1 lb. firm, white fish fillets, like cod
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Duke’s Alabama-Style White BBQ Sauce, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine panko, 1 Tbsp. BBQ sauce, parsley, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Place fish on a baking sheet and coat the top of each piece with remaining BBQ sauce.
  4. Top each fillet with panko mixture and press down lightly to adhere.
  5. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
