Peach Salsa

A great combination of sweet and savory, peach salsa can be a delicious appetizer or the prefect topping for your main dish. It’s also easy to adjust to taste if you prefer it a little more or less spicy. It’s easy to prepare and can be made in advance – just chop, mix, and refrigerate!

3 cups of Seal the Seasons Peaches
2 Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper
2 Jalapenos
1/2 Onion
Cilantro (to taste)
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper

STEP 1: Thaw peaches (approx. 30-45 minutes) or until soft.

STEP 2: Finely chop the thawed peach slices, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, bell pepper, and jalapenos. Make sure to remove the seeds from the bell pepper and jalapenos.

STEP 3: Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until mixed well.
