Peach Salsa

Peach Salsa is a versatile food that you can enjoy while relaxing and having a snack, indulging in a savory meal, or entertaining a large group of friends. After all, who doesn’t love salsa? While many have their own methods for creating the more standard fare pico de gallo,  a tasty peach salsa recipe can be a great way to change things up!

Ingredients

3 cups of Seal the Seasons Peaches

2 Tomatoes

1 Bell Pepper

2 Jalapenos

1/2 Onion

Cilantro (to taste)

2 Tbsp. Lime Juice

2 Tsp. Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw peaches (approx. 30-45 minutes) or until soft.
  2. Finely chop the thawed peach slices, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, bell pepper, and jalapenos. Make sure to remove the seeds from the bell pepper and jalapenos.
  3. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until mixed well.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
