Ingredients
3 cups of Seal the Seasons Peaches
2 Tomatoes
1 Bell Pepper
2 Jalapenos
1/2 Onion
Cilantro (to taste)
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Thaw peaches (approx. 30-45 minutes) or until soft.
- Finely chop the thawed peach slices, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, bell pepper, and jalapenos. Make sure to remove the seeds from the bell pepper and jalapenos.
- Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until mixed well.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
