Sweet Potato Dip Tacos


  • 1 container sweet potato dip
  • Small flour tortillas
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ package taco seasoning
  • Crispy fried onions, store-bought
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


  1. Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the sweet potato dip onto each flour tortilla.
  2. In a small saucepan add black beans and olive oil. Set over medium heat and let warm.
  3. Add warmed beans on top of the taco.
  4. Top with crispy onions, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
