Ingredients
- 1 container sweet potato dip
- Small flour tortillas
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ package taco seasoning
- Crispy fried onions, store-bought
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Spread about 2-3 tablespoons of the sweet potato dip onto each flour tortilla.
- In a small saucepan add black beans and olive oil. Set over medium heat and let warm.
- Add warmed beans on top of the taco.
- Top with crispy onions, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
