The 1862 Mocktail


  1. Chill a glass
  2. Mix together, salt with red chili powder.
  3. Rim of the chilled glass with lime wedge and then rim the chilled glass with the salt and red chili mixture.
  4. Put 2 good table spoons of pineapple fruit crush into the bottom of the glass.
  5. Add ice cubes, 2-3 tbsp of Topo Chico, a pinch of roasted cumin powder, and a pinch of black salt.
  6. Give it a quick mix and top off with Topo Chico.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.
